APPLICATION
For move-in, security deposit and first month's rent are required. Monthly water and trash (that includes hot water) are included, you pay all other utilities (gas, electric, phone, cable). No DISH allowed and pets (cats only) may be allowed under certain conditions. This is also a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or on the apartment complex grounds.
You can apply via e-mail or in person; there is a $30 cash application fee per application.
